The Universe correcting itself, or more importantly, Your Universe correcting itself. We often think about the bad in life cycling back around in a spiral. Those things we thought we were over, coming back to haunt us again. Memories, flashbacks of things gone wrong, bad choices, bad behavior, missed opportunities. What if the Universe also offered up second chances for us to move and grow beyond our past mistakes and/or misfortune? A second opportunity to improve, to make better choices is here for 2022.
What was lost will come back to you. Breathing into life and releasing with intention. An opportunity to course correct has cycled back around. The Odu for the year 2022 I pulled with Olokun’s diloggun, my crowning orisha, is Eji Ogbe – Ofun in Ire. This brings the opportunity to use wisdom learned from past challenges and mistakes. Course correcting in alignment and integrity for self. The purity of being true to self and owning your truth. Being clean emotionally, spiritually, mentally to regain something you thought was lost or even just to move into a better future.
The Wisdom, Power, Beauty and Harshness that flow through this odu guided this year by Obatala and Oshun gives us the opportunity to open doors we thought were closed. The opportunity to move beyond hurt and regret into healing and success. Sometimes the challenge is the medicine. Have you learned? Have you healed? Have you been enlightened? With every challenge there is a blessing. Are you ready to receive those blessings and move forward living your density?
Ifa tells us we are meant to live a good and blessed life. Ogbe Fun tells us of beginnings and ending with the light of Olodumare (God) emanating brightly through it all. Will you be an emissary of this light in 2022? Wisdom of time, no time no space. The divine is ever present in all that you do, witnessing and/or reflecting. There can only be one leader. Think before you act. How are you leading your life? Learn from your mistakes. Both good and evil reside here, keep a cool head and be on guard. Avoid places where Iku can be found, cemeteries, hospitals. No adultery. Wear white as much as possible.
